Plaster mesh
Plaster mesh is used as a basisfor reinforcement in the process of plastering. The mortar for plastering is applied to structures made of wood, concrete or brick, which subsequently often leads to bounce and cracks. To avoid this, a metal plaster grid is used to cover the walls. Usually, woven meshes are used, the cells of which are 10 * 10, or a grid-mesh with cells in the form of squares. Thanks to the use of this material, it is possible to provide the highest adhesion to the surface, and this prevents the appearance of cracks of various kinds. Stucco mesh is applicable for both bulk floors and for waterproofing reinforcement.
At the welded grid cells have a square shape. It is produced by spot welding of the places of joining wires, which are placed relative to each other perpendicularly. This type of construction is made of low-carbon or galvanized wire. It is used to prevent the appearance of cracks on the plaster layer when shrinking walls. Sale of such a grid is carried out in sheets or rolls. To prevent corrosion plaster mesh is subjected to applying a polymer coating or galvanizing.
Plaster nets have such properties asreliability and flexibility, while they also contribute to saving solutions for plastering. While the cost of this type of material is quite low, its use significantly improves the quality of the work. One of the types of material is a paint net that is resistant to alkalis and acids, is used for making putty work, allowing finishing with a minimum amount of mortar.
