"Nize" tablets

"Naise" tablets are classified as a group that includes anti-inflammatory non-steroid agents. The active ingredient of the drug is nimesulide.

Nays tablets have pharmacologicalproperties, consisting in the ability to selectively inhibit the enzyme involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins (pain and inflammatory mediators). Medication has a direct effect not only on the synthesis of prostaglandins themselves, but also their short-lived predecessors. This, in turn, leads to a significant decrease in their concentration. The process of inhibiting the occurrence of prostaglandins is not only in the area of ​​the inflammatory lesion, but also at the level of painful impulses in the cerebrospinal region. "Naise" tablets have antioxidant characteristics due to their effect on enzymatic processes (have the properties to reduce the activity of the myeloperoxidase enzyme). Practice has shown the effect of nimesulide on the process of histamine release by inhibiting it and preventing the destruction of cartilaginous tissue.

The main indications, which are assigned to "Nize" tablets include:

- gout with clinical predominance of joint syndrome, rheumatism;

- articular lesions accompanying psoriasis;

- Arthritis of various types (including rheumatoid arthritis);

- manifestation of muscle pains of different genesis;

- manifestation of pain syndrome accompanying sciatica;

- manifestation of pain in various areas (dental, headache, pain in early postoperative periods, painful menstruation);

- damage that has a post traumatic character (ruptures, sprains, bruises);

- infectious and inflammatory diseases accompanied by fever.

The medication is prescribed taking into account possible contraindications to the patient. The drug is not prescribed in the following cases:

- the presence of an ulcerative process that affects the digestive tract (acute period of the disease);

- bleeding from the digestive tract;

- the presence of renal or hepatic insufficiency, accompanied by a malfunctioning of organs;

- identification of individual intolerance of the active ingredient (nimesulide);

- throughout pregnancy or lactation.

When appointing long-term therapy, accompanied by a long medication, it is necessary to control the functioning of the liver and kidneys.

Before taking Nise tablets (tablets), the instructions for use should be carefully examined.

The daily dose of the drug should not exceed four hundred milligrams. The calculation of the child's dosage is made in accordance with the body weight.

For the manifestation of side effects, the development of anemia, thrombocytopenia, and leukopenia is also characteristic.
