If the child's parents did not work at the time of the birth of the baby, the necessary documents are provided to the social protection bodies of the population. If the father of the family at the time of the birth of the child is in military service on conscription, then the child of this serviceman is assigned a monthly allowance. When accepting documents, the social protection bodies of the populationcheck the correctness of filling out all documents and advise parents on the issues that have arisen with them. The allowance for single mothers is increased by 100%. Social protection bodies are obliged to take a decision related to the appointment and payment of benefits in ten days, from the day of filing all documents and applications from one of the parents. Due to the fact that the payment of benefits depends on the income of the family, it is necessary to submit annual certificates of income to the social protection authorities.

The manual is appointed independently of other socialpayments to the child. If you are denied a monthly child support, you must be notified within five days of the decision and send all the documentation that was attached to the application. The reasons for refusal should be indicated in the notification. This decision of the commission can be appealed in thirty days.
