First, a few minutes, we set aside for warming up. Simple school exercises (tilt, rotation, mahi) for all muscle groups: neck, hands, upper body, pelvis, legs, back. The most problem areas are the abdomen, thighs, buttocks. How many times have I tried to do exercises for the press, but the feeling was that the stomach only increased. So I picked up the ones that really help to lose weight.
Try to strain your abdominal muscles even during warm-up exercises. Then follow the following.
° Lie on the floor on your back, hands along the trunk. Raise your legs, bend at the knees. We perform movements that mimic cycling. At this time you feel the tone of all the muscles of the abdomen. Make three approaches.
° Lie down face down. Hands knit at the back of the head. Raise your head and torso, straining your stomach. Then pull your hands forward and raise both hands and feet, straining your stomach.
° Get on your knees, lean your hands on the floor. The trunk and legs should form a right angle. Pull the right leg back so that it is a continuation of the trunk: head straight - straight back - straight leg. Perform the swings with your foot up and down with a small amplitude, constantly straining your stomach and buttocks. Then return the right leg to its original position. Repeat all the same with the left foot.
° The starting position is the same as in the previousexercise. We do not fly a straight leg, but bent at the knee. The first swing - to the chest, the second - back up (so that the trunk and thigh were on the same line, and the shin "looked" up). Do not forget to strain your stomach. Repeat several times, change your foot.

Such a gymnastics for weight loss should bring muscle joy. So start with as many exercises as you can. As a result, you must leave the room and not crawl out. Performing exercises every day, gradually increase the load. This rule applies to all types of exercises.
Another problem area is the hands. Charging for weight loss should not bypass them. If you do not like classic push-ups, try pushing against the wall. Then find yourself some kind of load and try to do so.
