How important it is to correctly record a work record

Among the personnel documents there is one whichany employer must be asked when applying for a job. This important document is a work book. It reflects the entire life path of the worker. The first entry in the workbook, as a rule, is done at the beginning of the length of service at the first place of work. Usually it happens after the termination of any educational institution. Young specialists, having received the luggage of theoretical knowledge, are sent to work at the enterprises of the country in order to practice their skills in practice.

The entry in the workbook is made by a specialist of the company's personnel service on the basis of the employee's personal documents: passport, certificate or diploma about the end of any educational institution. Then on the first page an entry is made about the education received before hiring. Any work book contains four sections, which must be filled in. The first of these is the ordinal number of the records. Then follows the second section - the date of entering the next tag. Then, in the third section, the entry itself is entered directly in the work book. This can be information about education, military service, employment, dismissal or transfer. The last (fourth) section contains the grounds for making the corresponding entry. In this capacity, a diploma, military ticket or order with mandatory indication of the serial number and date of issue (or publication) may be issued. The entry in the workbook must certainly be done in a legible handwriting and preferably without corrections.

All records, without exception, must be strictly in accordance with the above examples without any kind of "liberties". Each information on changes in the work activity of the employee must be clearly fixed and fully correspond to reality. Confirmation is the document (order), on the basis of which it is made. The wording of the order must necessarily correspond to the record. The last column indicates the date and number of the document. They provide an opportunity to confirm the information by checking with the archive data.

The workbook contains not only records ofpersonnel movements, but also data on employee incentives and awards. Special pages are dedicated to this. They are also filled in accordance with the examples specified in the instruction.

Most often in the work book of any employeetwo types of entries are made: on hiring or on dismissal. Information on admission usually briefly express the essence of the order issued. Dismissal can be for various reasons. It is the personnel officer who, taking into account the circumstances, determines the wording of the order with an indication of the corresponding article of the Labor Code. If there is a dismissal of one's own volition, the entry in the workbook is clearly entered, indicating the reason and the legislative base. The reason in this case is the worker's own desire, and 77 articles of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation are used as the legislative base. This article contains 11 items. They disclose the circumstances in which the employee expressed a desire to terminate the previously concluded employment contract. When entering a record in the document, the personnel officer is required to indicate the relevant clause of the article on the basis of which the labor relations between the parties will be terminated.

It is desirable that all records are entered in the laborthe book without corrections. But sometimes, due to inattention of employees of the personnel service, mistakes may be made. In this case, the HR specialist must correct the problem accordingly, so that in the future they can not create problems for the employee when they are placed in a new place or when a pension is issued after the end of the work activity.
