It will take: 1 kg of fresh potatoes, 6-7 large champignons, 2 eggs, onion, flour and butter. Potatoes are cleaned and boiled, kneaded with a fork until a homogeneous mass. The bulb is cleaned and finely chopped. Champignons washed, cut into small cubes, mixed with onions and fried in a pan, adding a piece of butter. Finished mushrooms are mixed with mashed potatoes, salt and if necessary diluted with water or the remains of potato broth. From the received weight form oval cutlets, dump them in a flour and fry in a frying pan. Before serving, sprinkle with sour cream.

Form potatoes - lay a tablespoon of a layer of potatoes in a frying pan. On top - a layer of prepared stuffing, and cover with another layer of potatoes. Fry them on each side for a couple of minutes, adding a laurel to the pan.
