Cake with prunes

How to cook a cake with prunes and chocolate:

  • prunes pre-soaked in brandy - 400 g.

For glaze:

  • black chocolate (bitter) - 150 g;
  • cream fat (32%) - 250 ml;

For decoration:

  • fresh berries - strawberries, blackberries, raspberries

First, you need to prepare a chocolate mass, for which the milk chocolate is rubbed and mixed with a small amount of sugar and cocoa, pour boiling water. The resulting protein mass is combined with chocolate. Cover the parchment with a baking dish and add the prunes soaked in brandy, after cutting it into pieces. Bake at 190 degrees for 40 minutes. To make the chocolate glaze bring the cream to a boil, add bits of bitter chocolate and stir until smooth. Pour the resulting icing on the chocolate cake, evenly level the surface, decorate with fresh berries, which can both be cut and put whole. Cake with prunes is ready.
