Fried potatoes with meat. Could there be something more delicious?
Recently it has become very fashionable to reasonon a theme of a healthy food, and one of popular opinions on this account is a separate food (in view of incompatibility of some products). For example, potatoes and meat are considered incompatible, and fried potatoes with meat, probably, are considered to be poison. But, maybe, "the devil is not so terrible as he is painted" and it is possible to periodically allow himself to indulge in such a dish?
Fried potatoes with meat, perhaps the most belovedand a popular dish among the male population of our country, especially if it is served on a table in a company with salted cucumbers and tomatoes. The secret of cooking, like any other dish, is not only in the skills of the cook or housewife, but also in his (her) mood. Meat can be any - beef, rabbit, chicken, turkey, lamb, etc. But, in our opinion, in terms of taste, in the first place is always fried potatoes with pork. One of the recipes of this dish, which fits well into the cookbook of any housewife, we want to share with you.
400 grams of selected pork we cut into largepieces (2-3 cm thick), then we put them into deep dishes, so that it would be more convenient to mix them later. Sprinkle the meat with salt, about half a teaspoon, and a pinch of pepper. We rub on a large grater 1 head of peeled onion and send it to a pork tank. There we put 1,5 tablespoons of mayonnaise. We mix all the ingredients, and then we begin to rub spices and mayonnaise into meat. After we have reached a uniform state of the contents of the container, cover it with a lid and leave to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes, and then for 2 hours we send it to the refrigerator.
While marinating pork, prepare the potatoes. 800-900gr of potatoes (approximately 7-8 tubers of medium size), cleaned and cut into strips. Pour in the pan vegetable oil so that the bottom is closed, warm it, and later spread the potatoes and cover the pan with a lid. After 5-7 minutes, put the pickled pork into a frying pan, mix it, close it with a lid and continue the roasting. A few minutes later, salt and pepper potatoes with meat. Cook on medium heat, under a closed lid and stirring constantly. In this case, the dish will be well steamed and at the same time ruddy. Willingness is determined by the taste, as soon as the meat and potatoes become soft, it means it's time to turn off the stove and call home to the table.
Very tasty dish - fried potatoes with chicken. For its preparation, take 3-4 chicken thighs or shins and soak them for 10-15 minutes in marinade - mayonnaise, salt, pepper and 2 cloves of grated garlic. We clear 5-6 potatoes and cut into half-rings 3-4 mm thick. In the frying pan with the warmed sunflower oil we lay out the chicken first and cover it with a lid, and after 5-7 minutes after it we place the potatoes on the free portions of the frying pan and add some salt. Cooking should be in the same conditions as described in the previous recipe - on medium heat and under a closed lid, stirring occasionally. Chicken in the process of cooking, too, can be turned over so that it is well fried. Although you can do without it, it will be very appetizing.
The dish "Fried potatoes with meat" is not obligatoryshould be prepared as a whole. Potatoes can be fried separately, especially if you want to bring it to a crunchy state. Meat too - chops, cutlets, meatballs, steak, etc. There are a lot of recipes.
